General Regulations
- All laws and regulations approved by the Supreme Council of Universities and the Ministry of Higher Education shall apply.
- The University reserves the right to amend admission requirements and selection criteria in accordance with postgraduate studies regulations.
- In case of a tie, preference is given to applicants with higher cumulative Bachelor’s grades.
- If a tie persists, preference is given to applicants with higher specialty course grades.
- If still tied, preference is given to Horus University graduates.
