- Original graduation certificate (equivalency certificate from the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities for private universities or international degrees).
- Original internship certificate.
- Transcript of grades.
- Detailed transcript for the specialty course.
- Recent birth certificate (for Egyptians) or a copy of a valid passport (for international applicants) with the original for verification.
- Copy of the national ID card.
- Four recent passport-sized photos.
- Military service status certificate (for male applicants).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Copy of a valid license to practice dentistry.
- Receipt of administrative fees payment.
